What time is check-in and check-out?

Before check-in and after check-out, you can leave your bags in storage free of charge. Please also contact us if you already know you will arrive at a different time than those listed above. You can easily arrive even before 2 PM because our reception is always open, 24 hours a day.

Can I pay with a credit card?

Yes, we accept all major credit cards, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and Carta, American Express, and Diners.

How do I cancel my reservation?

Typically, no penalty will be applied for up to 2 days before your reservation. After that period we will ask for the price of the first night’s stay. The cancellation policy may vary depending on the package/offer, please examine it during your online reservation.

What does the Child Policy?

the “Children” option in our booking system is valid only for children up to 3 years of age, who stay overnight free of charge in the cot or additional bed in parents’ bedroom. Children of 4 years old or upwards, however, are charged as adults; for them, therefore, we invite you to look under the heading “Adults” in the drop-down menu.

Do you accept little pets?

We accept pets up to 5 kg only in standard rooms on the ground floor, with a daily supplement of € 20,00 per day. They are not allowed in common areas.

The pool towels are free?

Yes. The hotel provides a daily free towels for the pool, reserved exclusively for use in hotel.

Where can I park my car?

The Hotel offers free parking or a secure garage for a fee (10,00 €/night).

Is there internet access available?

Yes, Wi-Fi is available in all common areas, in all the rooms, and at two Internet points for € 2,00 1 hour – € 5,00 3 hours – € 10,00 6 hours

Can you hire a car or scooter and organize excursions?

Yes, our staff will be happy to help you rent a car, scooter or bike through the best companies. Guided tours of Lake Garda, Desenzano, Verona and amusement parks such as Gardaland are available on request.
